We process your information on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the waitlist form. You may withdraw this consent at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties.

We use the following service providers to operate this website. They process your information only on our instructions:

• Supabase - database storage
• Vercel - website hosting
• Resend - email delivery

Cross-border transfers

Some of our service providers store data outside Nigeria. Where data is transferred outside Nigeria, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as you remain on the waitlist. If you ask to be removed, we delete your information within 30 days.

Your rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct it
• Ask us to delete it
• Withdraw your consent
